Had a long wait. Dont usually get a bad drink. This one had too much caramel. If there ever can be. Employees had no idea of the special until we told them. Had to wait again for them to reimburse me because was overcharged. They made it right.

Although my order was correct, I a lot of reorders. Some of this was on the customer as they did not know how to articulate what they wanted, but some of it was a lack of attention to detail. Super busy as they are right off the highway, but the patio is awesome.

This store had very friendly helpful staff so they get 4 stars BUT Starbucks frequently makes me feel ripped off. A single add shot to my latte was $2.15. Also my birthday was Sunday but didn't hit the SB since there was a tornado warning. Go in 36 hours later, free bday drink expired. Get in there rain or shine or you lose.
